Hi! I’m Grace O’Brien, a licensed real estate broker and Realtor with Gardner Real Estate Group in Portland, Maine’s Arts District. I launched my real estate career in 2018 after more than 20 years in hospitality, bringing a service-first mindset and a steady, results-driven approach to every transaction.

I’ve helped hundreds of clients across Maine buy, sell, and invest in residential, commercial and raw land properties. My business is built on relationships, repeat clients, and referrals—proof of my commitment to market expertise, clear communication, and highly personal service.

I started with buyer representation, specializing in first-time homebuyers and guiding them through complex transactions with clarity and confidence. Today, I support clients at every stage—upsizing, downsizing, investing, and selling strategically.

I also bring added perspective through my close connection to the building and design industry—my husband, Mat O’Brien, owns a Portland-based design/build company.
